Charcoals: Saltpetre-free

These charcoals contain no saltpetre, the chemical in self-lighting charcoals that both causes them to spark to life and causes the smoke that some people find disagreeable. These charcoals are expertly made from dense charcoal so will still light quickly without the saltpetre (though it does take slightly longer than those with saltpetre). However, since they are practically smokeless, they can be lit during ritual without leaving the room and without the strong Mars energy that burning saltpetre adds to a space. These charcoals are also covered in a shiny silver paint that protects your hands from charcoal dust.
