Cedrus deodara
Himalayan cedar is a true cedar, unlike Red Cedar which is a juniper. It is therefore closer to the wood named in medieval texts as cedar (which was likly atlas cedar) and a better substitute. This powdered wood is ideal for use in bound and self-burning incense.
